Job summary

Adani Group in Vidisha, MP, India is seeking an experienced PECVD operator/engineer to manage and optimize PECVD processes for solar cell production. The role focuses on system operation, breakdown analysis and resilient maintenance practices.

You will lead a small team, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with maintenance and quality to ensure high reliability and process consistency across shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

PECVD Machine Management and Operation:

• Operate and maintain PECVD systems to ensure optimal performance and reliable deposition processes.

Breakdown Response and Troubleshooting

• Address and resolve PECVD equipment breakdowns swiftly, analyze issues to prevent future failures.

Process Optimization:

• Optimize PECVD parameters (gas flow rates, temperature, pressure) to achieve uniform and high-quality thin films, improving solar cell efficiency.

Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA):

• Implement CAPA plans for major breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures to enhance equipment reliability.

Quality Control:

• Conduct inspections to verify thin film thickness, uniformity, and adherence, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during PECVD operations to maintain a safe work environment.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of process parameters, equipment maintenance, and production outputs and daily check sheet.

Team Leadership and Training:

• Lead and support a team of technicians or operators, providing guidance, training, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the diffusion area.

Key Stakeholders - Internal:

• Lead of Cell Maintenance

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech/ Diploma - Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
• Desired Qualification : BE/BTech

Work Experience (Range of years):

• Min 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in PECVD operations within the solar manufacturing industry, focusing on process optimization and equipment maintenance.
