The role requires 8–12 years of instructional design experience, proficiency with Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, and strong English communication. A flexible, collaborative leader who can manage multiple concurrent projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed Graduation in any domain.
• 8 to 12 years experience into Instructional Designing.
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and any LMS and LCMS will be beneficial.
• Expert technical knowledge in Microsoft Office suite.
• Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in Learning and design innovative learning solutions.
