Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Mumbai seeks a senior professional to lead and deliver end-to-end infrastructure modeling engagements and related deal advisory work.

You will drive the design and structuring of outputs (financial models), perform lifecycle analysis, forecasting, feasibility and market analyses, and actively develop the practice through mentoring and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years total experience in corporate finance deal work.
• MBA / PGDBM from a leading Indian/International educational institution.
• CFA/CA would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering end-to-end infrastructure modeling projects.
• Driving and implementing the design and structuring the outputs (financial models) and its delivery.
• Perform lifecycle analysis and forecasting, feasibility analysis, business case and market analysis.
• Securing additional work for the current engagement or for related opportunities.
• Supporting onshore teams on business development initiatives, including preparation of proposals and expressions of interest.
• Actively building and managing the relationships and interface with Global Infrastructure teams and other deal advisory professionals.
• Directing, managing, and mentoring junior team members on engagements.
• Train and mentor junior staff and contribute to the overall skills enhancement and experience of the team.
• Recruiting, managing, and contributing to the development of junior staff.
• Managing modelling risks and ensuring quality and risk management procedures are completed to the appropriate standard.
• Pro-actively keeping up to date in your field of profession on a global level.
• Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development.

• Relevant experience (4 – 8 years) gained in either Corporate roles, Debt Syndication, Fund-raising, Project Finance, regulatory finance, PPP, Infra SPV’s or similar deal experience in the relevant sector/ propositions (as applicable)
