Job Responsibilities:

• Own ideation, conceptualization, measurement/tracking, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for Swiggy Instamart.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop impactful and innovative marketing briefs for cross-platform teams and external agencies.
• Coordinate with different teams to gather data for tracking and measuring campaign impact.
• Serve as the point of contact for external agencies to ensure seamless liaison, settlement of commercials, and tracking of active work streams.
• Stay updated on consumer trends and incorporate consumer insights into brand decisions.
• Proactively identify and execute innovative and out-of-the-box ideas for the brand.
• Use data analytics to identify and scale high ROI marketing initiatives and phase out low ROI efforts.

Desired Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in consumer tech marketing, specifically influencer marketing.
• Proactive mindset, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and manage multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working directly with influencer and digital marketing agencies.
• Self-starter with a passion for building and driving the success of a new brand.
