Job summary

Bigbasket in Visakhapatnam seeks an Assistant Manager HR to oversee HR operations, onboarding, inductions, and payroll inputs for on-roll staff in the region. You will support ER/IR matters, maintain personnel files, and ensure smooth payroll processing as part of a region-wide HR team.

Reporting to the HR Head of the Region, the role focuses on manpower planning, policy execution, and timely HR administration to drive an engaged workforce in the area.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and process execution.
• Handle onboarding, induction, and exit processes for all joiners and departures.
• Experience with payroll inputs for on-roll employees in the region.
• Active involvement in OD initiatives and ER/IR issue resolution.

Summary

• To ensure smooth execution of HR processes & policies within the defined process & TAT resulting in delighted engaged productive employees in the role holders area of concern.
• Meet manpower requirement
• Provide all HR administrative support to new joinees as well as existing employees at the regions.
• Execute all OD initiatives & other initiatives of corporate HR to achieve a highly engaged workforce in the region.
• Help the region in creating an environment of trust and to satisfactorily & speedily resolve any ER/IR issues in the region.
• Report to the HR Head of the Region.
