Job summary

CLSA in India is seeking an experienced Trade Support professional to handle NSE IX Derivatives activities at Gift City. The role covers trade bookings, contract notes, EOD statements, and daily margin and bank reconciliations.

You will manage F&O actions, collateral, give-up, and trade reporting while ensuring accurate registration of clients and mappings for clearing. English proficiency is essential, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or above in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NSE IX trade support, clearing and settlement processes.
• Proficiency with applicable legislation, systems and Gift City NSE IX Exchange activities.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Booking of trades and issuance of contract note for Gift City NSE IX Derivatives.
• EOD client statements.
• Trade support activities for NSE IX including limit maintenance for dealer, client and stock.
• Daily margin reconciliations and exchange upstream and downstream activities.
• Daily bank movements and reconciliations.
• F&O corporation action adjustments and collateral management.
• Give-up, trade reporting and reconciliation of brokerage and market charges.
• Familiar with physical settlement of F&O positions.
• Client registration of trading UCC & CP Code mapping for Clearing Clients.
• Maintain BAN stock reporting and margin calculations for NSE IX Gift City F&O products.
• EOD reconciliations of Market vs Client and highlighting breaks.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Booking of trades and issuance of contract note for Gift City NSE IX Derivatives
• EOD client statements
• Trade support activities for NSE IX including limit maintenance for dealer, client and stock
• Daily margin reconciliations and exchange upstream and downstream activities
• Daily Bank movements and reconciliations
• NSE IX F&O Corporation Action adjustments process
• NSE IX F&O Collateral management and exchange allocations
• NSE IX F&O Give-up and trade reporting
• Familiar with physical settlement of F&O positions
• Client Registration of trading UCC & CP Code mapping for Clearing Clients with Exchange and internal trading applications and back-office system.
• Keeping track of BAN stocks and its reporting
• Familiar with various margin calculations for NSE IX Gift City F&O products
• Reconciliation of Brokerage and market charges
• EOD reconciliations of Market vs Client and highlight breaks for necessary actions
• Work on flexing time shift based on India market process requirements

Requirements

• Graduate degree or above in a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NSE IX trade support, clearing and settlement processes
• Proficient in relevant skills / legislation / system would be an advantage
• Demonstrated familiarity with Gift City NSE IX Exchange and Clearing Corporation activities
• Strong analytical and quantitative, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, project management, client serving and multi-tasking skills
