Job summary

CLSA is seeking a seasoned professional for NSE IX trade support and clearing at Gift City in Gandhinagar. The role involves daily collateral management, regulatory reporting, and client onboarding with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

You will coordinate with Exchange and Clearing Corporation activities and maintain rigorous control over settlements. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in NSE IX trade support, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or above in related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of NSE IX trade support and settlement experience.
• Familiar with Gift City Exchange and Clearing Corporation activities.
• Excellent English communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide NSE IX Derivatives Trade support and Clearing processing.
• Manage daily collateral and position reconciliations.
• Oversee daily collateral management and banking movements.
• Prepare procedures for Gift City Ops activities and regulatory reporting.
• Enable NSE IX Pre- and Post-trade processing including UAT and production release.
• Handle clearing activities with risk monitoring and end-of-day client statements.
• Perform exchange reporting and regulatory checks.
• Onboard clients including KYC requirements.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Gift City NSE IX Derivatives Trade support and Clearing processing
• Daily Collateral and Position Management
• Daily Collateral Management and bank movements
• Procedure document preparation for GIFT City Ops activities and regulatory reporting
• System enablement for NSE IX Pre and Post trade processing including UAT and production release
• Clearing activities including Risk Management monitoring and EOD client statements
• Exchange reporting and regulatory checks
• Client onboarding including KYC requirements
• Audit & Inspections handling
• NSE IX F&O Corporation Action adjustments process
• NSE IX F&O Collateral management and exchange allocations
• Keeping a track of exchange / regulatory notifications, circulars and implantations of same &O Capital
• NSE IX F&O Give-up and trade reporting
• Familiar with physical settlement of F&O positions
• Client Registration of trading UCC & CP Code mapping for Clearing Clients with Exchange and internal trading applications and back-office system.
• Keeping track of BAN stocks and its reporting
• Familiar with various margin calculations for NSE IX Gift City F&O products
• Reconciliation of Brokerage and market charges
• Ownership of EOD reconciliations of Market vs Client and highlight breaks for necessary actions
• Comply all regulatory and internal control related processes
• Work on flexing time shift based on India market process requirements

Requirements

• Graduate degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in NSE IX trade support, clearing and settlement processes
• Proficient in l skills / legislation / system would be an advantage
• Demonstrated familiarity with Gift City NSE IX Exchange and Clearing Corporation activities
• Strong analytical and quantitative, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, project management, client serving and multi-tasking skills
• Able to work independently, attention to details, result-driven, self-motivated, self-starter, proactive mindset, enthusiastic, a team player
• Excellent command of both spoken and written in English
