Job summary

ClearTax in Bengaluru seeks a Chartered Accountant to join our financial reporting team. You will review accounting records, ensure Ind AS/IFRS compliance, and support month- and year-end closing processes.

The role involves P&L and balance sheet variance analysis, MIS reporting, and collaboration with auditors. 1–2 years post-qualification experience and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CA mandatory.
• 1–2 years post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting/Accounting/Statutory Audit.
• Big 4 articleship experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure financial accounting and reporting in accordance with Ind AS/IFRS.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and reporting activities.
• Perform P&L and balance sheet variance analysis.
• Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Ensure timely account reconciliations and resolution of open items.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit requirements.
