Responsibilities

• Prepare and close financial statements along with statutory audits.
• Coordinate between auditors, accounts payable, and operations teams.
• Liaise with consultants for direct tax compliances.

Job description

• Preparation and successful closure of financial statements along with Statutory Audit as per the deadline prescribed under law
• Co-ordinate or be point of contact (POC) between Statutory auditors, accounts payable team, operations team etc for smooth conduct of Statutory audit
• Point of contact (POC) and co-ordination with consultants for Direct tax compliances like TDS, Tax Audit, Tax Return, Transfer Pricing etc
• Treasury and coordination with bank as per requirement
• Any other activity as per business requirements

Musthave experience/skills

• 7or more years of work experience in finance and accounts department of privatecompany.
• Finalizationof accounts and preparation of financial statements as per Schedule III ofCompanies Act, 2013 and should have managed Statutory audit and auditors.
