Ideal candidate is a CA with 24+ years post-qualification experience, skilled in IFRS/Ind AS, GST, TDS, and consolidated financial statements, with a track record in SaaS or high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 24 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• Experience in preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Exposure to managing finance and compliance for international entities or subsidiaries is preferred.
• Prior experience in a SaaS, technology, product, or high-growth company.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports for management and investors.
• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Drive statutory audits and ensure compliance with Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
• Manage accounting, taxation, and financial compliance for foreign subsidiaries.
• Support legal and secretarial compliance requirements.
• Prepare financial reports and Board decks for quarterly Board meetings.
• Drive and manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Ensure timely TDS and GST compliance, filings, and reconciliations.
• Drive compliance with Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external advisors.

About The Role:
