Job summary

Corenza in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Fund Finance & Compliance professional to lead end-to-end fund and entity accounting, close processes, and MIS reporting.

You will manage statutory audits, internal controls, treasury operations, and investor communications, working with founders and investment teams. Requires CA/MBA/CFA with 3–4 years of experience in AIF, PMS, mutual funds, NBFCs or family offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund finance, controller or compliance roles in AIF, PMS, mutual funds, NBFCs, family offices or similar investment platform.
• Strong grounding in Indian accounting standards, tax and investment entity regulation.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable turning data into MIS and insights.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end fund and entity accounting; timely monthly, quarterly and annual close.
• Preparation and review of portfolio MIS, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, asset wise yield/IRR and NAV style views.
• Clean documentation for all investments, exits, distributions and fee/expense allocations.

• Cleandocumentationforallinvestments,exits,distributionsandfee/expenseallocations.
• Financesupportforthefounderandinvestmentteam–performanceanalytics,dashboardsandboard/ICmaterials.

Compliance,audit&controls

• Leadstatutoryandregulatorycomplianceforplatformentities(CompaniesAct/LLP,tax,ROC/RBI/otherfilingsasapplicable).
• Managestatutoryandinternalaudits:auditschedules,queryresolution,andsignoffs.
• Maintainandrunacompliancecalendar(board/partnermeetings,filings,disclosures,deadlines).
• Designandimplementpracticalinternalcontrolsaroundpayments,reconciliations,valuationsandapprovals.

Treasury&investmentoperations

• Cashflowplanning,fundmovements,paymentsanddaytodaytreasury.
• Bankanddematoperations–reconciliations,custodyinstructions,makercheckercontrols.
• Supportinvestmentmonitoring–deal/portfoliotrackers,performancevsunderwriting,lender/coinvestorMIS.
