Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Regional Lead for Procurement KPIs across the Asia Pacific region. The role involves planning and forecasting imported laminate prices with the procurement team, benchmarking costs, driving savings projects, and managing rebates with SCM to achieve targets.

You will lead budgeting and forecasting of procurement KPIs, prepare standard cost updates, and provide cost data to product managers for pricing decisions, ensuring timely closing and reporting.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA or above with 2–5 years of relevant experience; regional experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, data extraction, and graphing.
• Eager to learn, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
• Balanced work-life flexibility.

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU.

• Professional degree ( CA/CMA ) or above with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience, prefer having regional experience
• Skill in understanding and communicating complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to work well with all levels of organization
• Proficient in using computers and related software in performing financial job tasks, specifically setting up spreadsheet formulas, linking spreadsheets, extracting data, developing graphs.
• Eager to learn, self- motivated with strong sense of responsibility ability to handle complex situation
