Careerist Management Consultants in Noida is seeking an Assistant Manager - Finance to manage accounting processes and financial reporting. The role requires 3-6 years of experience and a CA qualification, with strong Excel and analytical skills.

You will lead monthly closures, implement IND AS standards, and support audits while ensuring accuracy across multiple entities. This is an on-site opportunity in Noida with 5.5-day work week and Saturday off alternate.

Formación

• CA qualification mandatory and recognized.
• 3–6 years of experience in finance/accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Monthly book closure and review of accounting entries.
• Variance analysis of P&L items.
• Taxation knowledge (Direct & Indirect).
• Borrowing related reporting.
• Prepare financial statements as per IND AS and support audits.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Revenue booking and leakage control.
• Track errors and ensure timely corrections.
• Handle accounting for multiple entities.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for management.
• Proactive with Excel-based analysis.

Job Title: Assistant Manager -Finance

Individual contributor role

CA- Mandatory

5.5 Days Working, 2nd Saturday off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prior experience in transition / implementation / migration of books from one software to another will be an added advantage.
• Monthly book closure responsible for reviewing all accounting entries.
• Variance analysis of P&L items.
• Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation.
• Handling borrowing-related reporting.
• Preparation of financial statements as per IND AS and managing the audit process
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Revenue booking and leakage control.
• Proactive in tracking errors and ensuring timely corrections.
• Detail-oriented with ability to deep-dive into transactions.
• Capable of handling accounting for multiple entities.
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports as required by management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
• Self-starter, able to work independently.
