Job summary

Biofuelcircle in Surat, South Gujarat is seeking a sales-focused role to develop a network of biomass processors and suppliers (briquette/pellet manufacturers and other biomass-related entities). The role involves selling platform subscriptions, ensuring active participation, and driving revenue through value-added services.

You will collaborate with inside sales and customer success teams to analyze customer needs, demonstrate platform value, and create compelling proposals.

Responsibilities

• Supply Network Development: Identify suitable supply entities (briquette makers, pellet makers & industrial biomass suppliers) in area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer success teams for need analysis, demonstrate value of platform, and establish Proof Of Concept.
• Sell subscriptions to the platform and support in platform usage.
• Ensure active participation, growth of subscribers' business, and advise on subscription plans and services.
• Create a plan for subscriber success on the platform.
• Handle customer queries and resolve per organizational processes.
• Draft proposals and quotes for biomass processors and suppliers, follow up, and enable sales conversion.

Key Purpose of the Role:

• Develop a network of Biomass processors and suppliers: briquette/ pellet manufacturers, industries with biomass by-products and other related entities
• Sell subscription to the platform, ensure active participation of the customers, increase engagement for greater share of their business, sell value added services, generate revenue.

What Key Tasks will be involved?

Supply Network Development

• Identify suitable Supply Entities to be targeted and work on leads developed by marketing initiatives (Briquette makers, pellet makers & Industrial Biomass Suppliers) in operating areas defined as area of responsibility
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer success teams for establishing the Need analysis of customers, establish value of the platform, create suitable demo, establish Proof Of Concept.
• Sell subscription to the platform, and support in platform usage.
• Ensure active participation, grow their business and ensure continued participation including advisory on subscription plans and services
• Create a plan for the success of the subscribers on the platform.
• Handle customer queries and resolve the same following the processes defined in the organization.
• Draft proposals and quotes for biomass processors and suppliers, follow up on the same, and enable sales conversion.
