This person oversees the timely set-up of all functions and events according to written specification while maintaining meeting space and food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include training and scheduling of staff, proactively reviewing equipment needs, and ensuring maintenance of meeting space. This person works and communicates closely with all hotel departments to ensure a successful and effective event resulting in a positive guest and colleague experience.

• Full-Time Management Position that requires full flexibility, including the ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
• A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Engaged team player, focused on individual as well as team goals and results
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
• Candidates should be extremely creative, innovative, detail oriented and organized
• Previous hotel or event experience is preferred
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
• Able to walk and stand throughout the duration of shift
