Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day civil and engineering activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and internal project teams.
• Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other construction activities.
• Review drawings and resolve site-related technical issues with consultants.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, materials, and productivity.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
• Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth services integration.
• Track progress and highlight delays, risks, and issues to the reporting manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project procedures.
