Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Domestic remittance processing: ACH, wire transfers, and interbank transfers with accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor remittance transactions, reconcile with bank statements, resolve discrepancies with internal teams and partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; identify and mitigate remittance risks.
• Assist Treasury with cash flow management, forecasting, and related tasks.
• Maintain records of remittance transactions and generate periodic reports for the Treasury Manager.
• Liaise with banks, internal departments, and clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing.
• Work with Finance and IT to optimize remittance systems and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Domestic Remittance Processing: Execute domestic remittance transactions including ACH, wire transfers, and other interbank transfers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable policies.
• Transaction Monitoring and Reconciliation: Regularly monitor remittance transactions for any discrepancies, reconcile transactions with bank statements, and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal departments and banking partners.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all remittance transactions comply with federal and state regulations as well as company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to remittance activities and report any suspicious activity.
• Treasury Support: Assist the Treasury team with cash flow management, forecasting, and other treasury-related tasks to support company financial goals.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all remittance transactions, create daily/weekly/monthly reports on remittance activities, and provide analysis to the Treasury Manager for performance tracking.
• Customer and Internal Communication: Liaise with banks, internal departments, and clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure smooth processing of transactions.
• System Management and Process Improvement: Work with the finance and IT departments to optimize remittance systems and implement automation and improvements to increase efficiency.
