Job summary

Bliss Gvs Pharma is seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to plan and deliver complex construction projects in Maharashtra. The role requires overseeing civil works, PEBs, and utility installations for pharma facilities.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure EHS compliance, and manage budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts to enable on-time delivery of high-grade manufacturing spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading pharma construction projects from concept to commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of EHS, WHO-GMP, USFDA, EU-GMP standards.
• Experience in cost estimation, CAPEX budgeting and vendor evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, execute, and monitor greenfield, brownfield, expansion, and renovation projects from concept to commissioning.
• Supervise civil construction and architectural finishing works (RCC, epoxy flooring, panels, waterproofing).
• Oversee PEB executions, structural steel works, and contractor management.
• Manage commercial and billing activities, including BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, and RA bill verification.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and pharmaceutical standards.
• Monitor schedules and budgets, coordinating with QA, QC, Engineering, HVAC for constructability and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, execute, and monitor greenfield, brownfield, expansion, and renovation projects from concept to commissioning.
• Supervise all civil construction (RCC, industrial buildings, utilities) and architectural finishing works (epoxy flooring, cleanroom panels, waterproofing).
• Oversee Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) executions, structural steel works, and contractor management.
• Manage commercial and billing activities, including BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, and RA bill verification.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Safety) policies, statutory regulations, and stringent pharmaceutical standards (WHO-GMP, USFDA, EU-GMP).
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Engineering, HVAC) to ensure constructability and timely delivery.

Required Technical Skills

• Software Proficiency:SAP, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Project Engineering: Quantity surveying, rate analysis, vendor evaluation, and CAPEX budget control.
