Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MBA in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Corporate Communications.
• 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external communications and brand reputation plans.
• Manage relationships with media, healthcare media, and industry publications.
• Draft and distribute press releases, statements, and leadership messages.
• Monitor industry news, media coverage, and competitor activities.
• Support product launches, campaigns, and strategic announcements.

Responsibilities

External Communications & Brand Reputation

• Develop and execute integrated corporate communication plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage relationships with media agencies, journalists, healthcare media, and industry publications.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, corporate announcements, and leadership messages.
• Monitor industry news, media coverage, and competitor communication activities.
• Support product launches, corporate campaigns, business milestones, and strategic announcements.
• Ensure consistent corporate brand messaging across all external communication channels.

Internal Communications

• Design and implement employee communication strategies to drive engagement and organizational alignment.
• Create communication materials including newsletters, emailers, leadership messages, intranet content, and townhall communication packs.
• Partner with HR and leadership teams on change management communications.
• Manage employee engagement campaigns and culture-building initiatives.

Digital & Social Media Communications

• Manage corporate social media presence across LinkedIn and other approved digital platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content that strengthens employer branding and corporate reputation.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate with creative agencies for digital content development.

Leadership Communications

• Prepare speeches, presentations, talking points, articles, blogs, and executive communication content.
• Support senior leadership visibility initiatives through media interactions, conferences, and industry events.
• Develop executive profiling opportunities in industry forums and publications.

Crisis & Issues Management

• Support crisis communication planning and execution.
• Monitor media risks and reputational issues.
• Ensure all communications comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with business functions including HR, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Legal, and Leadership teams.
• Build effective relationships with communication agencies, media partners, healthcare associations, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree/MBA in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or Corporate Communications preferred with 5 years of experience.

Required Skills

• Experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Internal Communications, or Employer Branding.
• Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, FMCG, or regulated industries preferred.
• Exposure to media relations, crisis communications, and digital communication management.
