Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in Hyderabad, India invites applications for a Clinical Support and Training role. You will provide demonstrations, post-installation support, and clinical education to customers, while staying updated on dialysis and CRRT knowledge.

You will develop training programs for external customers, train Sales teams and resellers, build strong customer relationships, and conduct CME activities. Regular travel across Upper North regions applies.

Qualifications

• Clinical training and education experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide demonstration, post-installation support, clinical training and education to customers.
• Keep oneself updated with medical knowledge in the field of Dialysis & CRRT.
• Create and execute training programs for external customers.
• Provide ongoing clinical training to Sales team and Resellers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to handle their clinical queries.
• Conduct CME (Continuous Medical Education) and planned monthly activities for key customers.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, collaboration, problem solving and skills.
• Regular travel covering the Upper North region including Punjab, Chandigarh, J&K, Himachal Pradesh.
• Reporting to Zonal Business Manager.
