Job summary

Magicrete Building Solutions is seeking a results-oriented Sales Professional to manage retail sales of Tile Adhesive and related Construction Chemical products in the Mohali region. You will develop and expand the dealer/distributor network, appoint new partners, and build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and applicators.

You will drive primary and secondary sales, monitor market trends, and ensure monthly and annual target achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales of construction products.
• Ability to expand dealer and distributor network.

• Willingness to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail sales of Tile Adhesive and related Construction Chemical products in the assigned territory.
• Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network.

• Drive primary and secondary sales and improve product availability in the market.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market coverage.

• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability, dispatch, and customer service.
• Support local promotional activities, dealer engagement programs, and market activation initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales, market coverage, and performance reports.
