The ideal candidate will manage GL, payroll, audits, and cash flow planning, with 4–9 years of accounting experience and IND AS knowledge. Gurgaon/Delhi area exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• CA preferred; 4-9 years accounting experience with IND AS knowledge.
• M.Com or semi-qualified CA considered with IND AS/Indian GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Record financial transactions and manage GL per IND AS/IFRS.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close.
• Process payroll per Indian labor and tax laws.
• Perform reconciliations and support audits.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Transaction Recording & GL Management: Record all financial transactions and manage the general ledger in compliance with Indian accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS).
2. Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and compliance with Indian regulatory requirements.
3. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring adherence to Indian accounting regulations.
4. Month-End/Year-End Close: Oversee account closures and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards.
5. Payroll Processing: Manage payroll processing in accordance with Indian labor laws and tax regulations.
6. Reconciliations & Audits: Perform account reconciliations and support internal/external audits.
7. Cash Flow & Budgeting: Assist with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in line with Indian financial practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Working experience in working across ERP environments viz., Tally, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.
• Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal, supervisory skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

Qualifications:

• CA(Preferred),M. Com/Semi Qualified CA with 4-9 years of industry experience with an emphasis in accounting, knowledge of IND AS or Indian GAAP would be an added advantage.

Good to have:

• Management experience; who Worked with mid sized high growth companies, start ups, mid sized CA firms, back office companies.
