Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking an Assistant Manager - Billing in Hyderabad, India. The role focuses on proactively driving the local billing process, generating accurate invoices, and reconciling customer accounts balances.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders on revenue reporting and receivables management. Applicants should have 4–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and familiarity with O2C processes in US/EU contexts, along with exposure to Workday or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• MBA - Finance or equivalent with 4-5 years of experience
• MBA/Finance degree holders considered for the role
• Experience in US/EU billing preferable

Responsibilities

Assistant Manager - Billing

Job Description:

• Proactively drive the billing process for the local team and prepare analyses as required
• Generate timely invoices in accordance with customer requirements
• Experience in handling customer queries specially for US / EU customers
• Analyzing and reconciling customer accounts balances
• Partner with business stakeholders on revenue reporting and needed support on receivables and collections
• Drive active communication and discussion with business stakeholders on needed action for aging receivables issues
• Performing periodic self-assessment to ensure all internal controls and regulations are adhered to on a timely basis
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting policies and principles for O2C process
• Supporting new business initiatives and process improvement

Skills

• Working knowledge in the billing / O2C function of a US / EU company
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience in handling team for minimum of 3-4 people
• Experience on handling statutory and Internal audits including query handling, schedule preparation etc
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems including Workday / NetSuite
• Basic understanding to commercials terms in Customer Agreements like, SOW, MSA etc
• Ability to work with different teams within & outside finance to gather information

Education

MBA - Finance or any other finance degree with minimum experience of 4-5 years.
