Uno Minda Limited in Pune district, India seeks a skilled assembly and process specialist for lighting product lines. You will apply expertise in hotplate, welding, automated tooling, SAP-based production tracking, and CAPA-driven problem solving to improve efficiency.

You will champion 5S, inventory control and safety compliance while contributing to cost reductions through TPS methods. The role requires hands-on leadership, process documentation (OGS, Q charts) and active participation in

Qualifications

• Experience in lighting industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes and quality tools.
• Familiarity with SAP and OLE calculations.
• Experience with CAPA and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Assy technical knowledge including hotplate, gap/flush, vibration welding, ultrasonic and Robo programming.
• Manpower handling, multiskilling, 4W-lighting process and product knowledge.
• SAP knowledge and usage in production tracking.
• OLE calculation.
• 5S, customer audits and visits.
• Inventory management knowledge.
• CAPA and problem-solving.
• Safety compliance knowledge.
• Cost optimization through TPS such as process, product, layout and CT reduction.
• Assembly documents knowledge (OGS, PCC, Q Chart, P chart, hourly reports).
• Quality improvement activities including QCC.
• Active participation in Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) and TPS initiatives.
