Responsibilities

• Product Data Management: Upload and update product details, verify titles, attributes, price, size, and metadata; ensure descriptions align with brand guidelines; conduct product-level QC; resolve data discrepancies quickly.
• Image & Asset Coordination: Ensure all products meet image SLAs; validate image quality; coordinate with photographers and content teams for re-shoots; map assets on PDPs; track pending imagery.
• Category Mapping & Navigation Support: Tag products to correct taxonomy and filters; support creation of collections for launches and campaigns; validate products on PLPs after go-live; ensure consistency across app and website.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with buying teams on product specs; support digital ops for website/app readiness; share updates with marketing on category completeness; partner with CRM for accurate product feed integrations; liaise with omni ops for inventory sync queries.
• Reporting & SLA Monitoring: Maintain trackers for product onboarding; monitor TAT and accuracy; publish daily/weekly completeness reports; highlight areas for improvement; participate in review meetings with Catalog Lead.
