Job summary

Job Purpose

To play a pivotal role in driving product category profitability through robust COPA reporting, margin analytics, and business-focused insights.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT, enabling data-driven decisions on product performance, pricing, competition benchmarking, and category strategy.

The incumbent will also contribute to strengthening financial accuracy through reconciliation with financial statements and lead automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, scalability, and insight generation.

Business Responsibility Areas

• 1.End-to-end ownership of COPA cycle execution including out of cycle adjustment validations
• 2.Preparation and analysis of product category-level gross margins and variance analysis
• 3.Reconciliation of product-level net margins with Divisional / Regional P&L and Standalone P&L
• 4.Detailed presentations for focus categories and presenting insights to Group Brand Managers in Marketing
• 5.Preparation of CFO MIS on product performance, trends and key drivers
• 6.Competition benchmarking across key product categories to identify gaps and opportunities
• 7.Drive automation initiatives to eliminate manual intervention in COPA P&L preparation
• 8.Team supervision and capability building to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
