Main Accountabilities

1. Corporate Strategy & Special Projects

• Support corporate strategy initiatives and special projects for senior management
• Conduct financial and strategic analysis for key business decisions
• Deliver structured insights to support organizational priorities

2. Macro Analysis & Industry Benchmarking

• Track and analyze macroeconomic indicators impacting business performance
• Perform peer benchmarking (quarterly) across NBFCs and competitors
• Provide insights on industry trends, risks, and opportunities

3. IPO & Strategic Initiatives Support

• Support deliverables related to IPO / public listing readiness
• Assist in preparation of financial data, presentations, and analysis for external stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for strategic projects

5. Cost Tracking & Variance Analysis

• Monitor budget vs actuals and analyze cost variances
• Identify key cost drivers and highlight inefficiencies
• Support cost optimization through analytical insights
