Job summary

KSB in Pune is seeking a Business Process Lead team member - Operations to drive digital transformation across plants and corporate functions. You will consult and support end-to-end roadmaps, identify advanced tools, and enable data-driven improvements in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities include interfacing with IT/OT, leveraging SAP knowledge where relevant, and driving ROI-based investments while coordinating cross-functional teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BE (Mech) with 3–5 years in sales, and flair for digital technologies.
• Experience in digital transformation of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of project management and BI/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Consult and support a cluster of plants and Corporate Functions in their digital transformation journey (End to End Roadmap).
• Identify and implement advanced digital tools to improve manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to tools for digital manufacturing (OEE, Digital Tracking, Advanced Analytics).
• Identify synergies between initiatives and horizontal deployment across plants/functions.
• Interface with IT departments (infrastructure, security, applications).
• Understand IT/OT network interfacing and ROI/payback calculations.

Job Description

Consult and support a cluster of plants and Corporate Functions in their digital transformation journey (End to End Roadmap).

Identify and implement advanced digital tools and technologies to improve manufacturing processes

Contribute to the advancement of tools for digital manufacturing (OEE, Improved Process Control, Digital Tracking, Digital Root-cause problem solving, SMED, Maintenance Management, Advanced Analytics)

Identify and leverage synergies between the initiatives and horizontal deployment in each plant or function

Understanding of CAD Automation & product engineering processes will be added advantage

Serve as an interface to other IT departments, such as infrastructure, Cyber Security and applications

SAP knowledge and experience in MM, PP, WM and PM module will be an added advantage

Have knowledge and experience with different project management tool along with good understand of investment, ROI and payback calculations.

Understanding of IT infrastructure, Interfacing of IT/ OT network
