Job summary

Esaar India is seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in core lending operations within an NBFC environment to support end-to-end customer service processes, regulatory compliance, and system coordination.

The role involves assisting in day-to-day lending activities, documentation, disbursement, and follow-ups, while ensuring timely RBI-compliant regulatory returns and accurate CIBIL reporting. You will prepare MIS reports and liaise with tech vendors for LMS enhancements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in core lending operations within an NBFC environment.
• Capable of supporting end-to-end customer service processes, regulatory compliance, and system coordination.
• Excellent knowledge in Tally, MS Office: Excel, word and Power point

Responsibilities

• Assisting in day-to-day lending activities, including documentation, disbursement, and follow-ups.
• Managing customer service queries and ensuring timely resolution with a service-first mindset.
• Preparing and submitting regulatory returns in line with RBI and other applicable guidelines.
• Creating monthly MIS reports for management.
• Handling CIBIL reporting and ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Coordinating with technology vendors for the development, testing, and enhancement of the Loan Management System (LMS).
• Statutory Payments and Returns: Preparing TDS working and filing TDS returns, Filling GST monthly, quarterly and annual returns if any, Preparing and filing income tax returns, Miscellaneous: Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Providing documentation and data support.
• Assisting in Tax Audit in Income tax return and other accounting activities.
• Assisting in preparing financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
