Job summary

Cogneesol Inc. in Mohali seeks an experienced legal professional to lead a team and own end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management.

You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts including NDA, MSA, SOW, and procurement-related documents. Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of legal experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role, strong CLM and drafting skills, and proficiency in Lemon Law matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of legal associates.

• Provide paralegal support in Personal Injury, Workers’ Comp, Lemon Law, Employment Law.
• Support Lemon Law case review, documentation, research, and compliance.
• Drive process improvements, compliance, and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with CLM platforms such as Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, LinkSquares.

• Drive process improvements, compliance, and stakeholder management
• Work with CLM platforms such as Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, LinkSquares, and similar tools
