Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with legal tech platforms is a plus.

• Experience in paralegal services for personal injury cases

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of legal associates working preferably on personal injury cases
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of assignments with high quality.
• Provide training and continuous feedback to team members to enhance productivity and legal acumen.
• Act as the first point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing production trackers, reporting dashboards and governance decks
• Provide paralegal‑level understanding and support for matters related to personal injury law, as required by specific client needs
• Review relevant legal documents, assist in case preparation, and ensure compliance with applicable legal standards

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in client calls, provide updates, and resolve contract‑related queries or issues

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for automation, template creation, and process enhancement within the projects
• Ensure documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories are always updated
