Job summary

The Peoplemosaic Hr Services invites applications for the position of Asst. Manager R & D. Based at our Dombivli factory, you will drive product formulation, testing, and compliance for cosmetics and Ayurveda-related items.

We seek a candidate with M.Tech in Cosmetics and 5+ years in cosmetics, capable of leading quality control and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and production teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a Postgraduate degree in Cosmetics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetics product development preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/ factory settings is advantageous.

1. Product Formulation: Develop new products by creating and testing formulations that meet market needs and regulatory standards.
2. Improvement Initiatives: Analyze existing products to identify areas for enhancement, reformulating them to improve effectiveness and competitiveness.
3. Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to ensure product development aligns with business objectives and market strategies.

• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulations affecting cosmetic and Ayurveda products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to identify and integrate new ingredients, and assist in establishing manufacturing procedures.

• Quality Control: Ensure products meet production and quality specifications, and assist in improving lab equipment and procedures.

Experience- 5 years and above (preferable in cosmetics)

Job Location- At our Factory- Dombivli (Vicco Naka).

Timings- 8 am to 5 pm- Friday off
