Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of RD experience in cosmetics.
• Ability to manage RD executives and lab operators.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic chemistry, formulation, and ingredient functionality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior experience in color cosmetics is advantageous.
