Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a field CSR coordinator to support and coordinate civil construction-related CSR works across multiple project sites in India. You will work with communities, vendors, and NGOs, ensuring timely delivery, quality and compliance with project plans.

The role requires site supervision experience, strong stakeholder management, and willingness to travel extensively. MS Excel proficiency and robust documentation skills are essential for reporting and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering or B.Tech required
• Experience in contractor management and site supervision
• Strong stakeholder management and community engagement skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation
• Willingness to travel extensively across project sites

Responsibilities
