Job summary

JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. seeks a seasoned TQM-focused leader to drive organization-wide quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead deployment of TQM, Lean, Six Sigma, and DWM across plants and functions, and develop Department Total Quality Management Plans to ensure effective quality deployment. You will build robust KPI dashboards, coordinate training, and foster a culture of quality, benchmarking, and customer-focused performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial or equivalent).
• MBA (Operations / Quality / General Management preferred).
• Exposure to TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Business Excellence, and DWM frameworks.
• 5-8 years of experience in TQM, Quality, Business Excellence, or Continuous Improvement roles.
• Experience in driving cross-functional initiatives, DTQMP deployment, and organizational capability building.
• Strong knowledge of TQM, Lean, Six Sigma, and Daily Work Management (DWM).
• Expertise in DTQMP preparation, deployment, and review processes.
• Proficiency in statistical tools, data analysis, and structured problem-solving techniques (RCA, 7 QC Tools,, etc.).
• Process improvement, auditing, benchmarking, and performance management.
• Training, facilitation, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
