Job summary

JLL in Noida, UP is seeking a detail-oriented Market Intelligence & Database Management professional to support the Noida NCR market. You will maintain current stock, vacancy, rental trends, and landlord contacts, and help portfolio analysis with data-driven insights.

You will manage CRM updates, prepare pipeline reports for city leads and senior leadership, handle billing via ML platform, and coordinate with the national research team to standardize reporting.

Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence & Database Management: Regular update of the commercial real estate database tool with respect to buildings, stacking plans, availabilities, supply, demand, vacancy, absorption, and rental trends in Noida and the NCR market.
• CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Prepare and share options lists for active client requirements; manage and update the team's CRM tool with active requirements, leads, meetings, and deal status.
• Billing & MIS: Take care of the entire billing of the team through the ML platform; share MIS reports with the central team as and when required.
• Portfolio & Client Support: Assist the team in portfolio analysis for clients and prospects; connect with landlords and developers in Noida to offer JLL's broader services.
• Research & Reporting: Prepare market snapshots, quarterly reports, and client-ready presentations using database insights; coordinate with the national research team on data standards.
• Technology & Collaboration: Stay updated on platform enhancements and best practices across the tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Database Management

• Regular update of the commercial real estate database tool with respect to buildings, stacking plans, availabilities, supply, demand, vacancy, absorption, and rental trends in Noida and the NCR market
• Maintain a robust database covering stock, absorption, and new upcoming supply across the Noida market
• Maintain an updated inventory of Grade A & B office buildings - including floor plate details, amenities, landlord contacts, and availability
• Maintain historical data on major developers and JLL deals to support portfolio analysis and client pitches

CRM & Pipeline Tracking

• Prepare and share options lists for active client requirements
• Manage and update the teams CRM tool with active requirements, leads, meetings, and deal status
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry by coordinating with the advisory team
• Generate weekly/monthly pipeline reports and dashboards for review by the City Lead and senior leadership

Billing & MIS

• Take care of the entire billing of the team through the ML platform
• Share MIS reports with the central team as and when required

Portfolio & Client Support

• Assist the team in portfolio analysis for clients and prospects
• Connect with landlords and developers across Noida to offer JLLs broader suite of services

Research & Reporting

• Prepare market snapshots, quarterly reports, and client-ready presentations using database insights
• Support the advisory team with data for pitches, proposals, and RFPs
• Coordinate with the national research team to align on data standards and reporting formats

Technology & Collaboration

• Stay updated on platform enhancements and best practices across the tech stack
