Job summary

CorroHealth in India seeks an experienced operations professional to lead day-to-day team activities, drive service levels, and manage client interactions. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure process adherence across shifts.

The role requires strong communication, robust MS Office reporting skills, and the ability to optimize productivity while maintaining attendance and compliance with policies. Night shifts and a focus on quality metrics are integral to success.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of overall ROI experience with minimum 2 years in team handling
• Proficient computer skills
• Extensive knowledge on US Retrieval Cycle
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; strong leadership and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience generating reports using MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Willingness to work continuously in night shifts

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of team members and meet service levels, quality and productivity
• Attrition and shrinkage management
• Maintain SLA targets daily to achieve KPIs including absenteeism and attrition within the team
• Ensure Company policies and procedures are implemented consistently and fairly; monitor login/logout and breaks; track capacity utilization and process adherence
• Prepare schedules for teams and ensure attendance
• Evaluate client calls, coach and provide feedback
• Act as point of contact for resolution of queries and complaints from external and internal clients
• Team management, conflict management and client management

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduation. 5 to 6 years of overall ROI experience, out of which a minimum 2 years in team handling.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Extensive Knowledge on US Retrieval Cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day today operations of team members and meet the required service levels, quality and productivity.
• Attrition and shrinkage management.
• Maintaining SLA target on a daily basis to achieve desired KPI s including absenteeism and attrition within the team.
• Ensure all Company policies and procedures are implemented consistently and fairly Compliance to login, log out & scheduled breaks of team members, Team Productivity Targets (Capacity Utilization), Process Adherence Usage of Software Tools, Daily MIS tracking, Absenteeism Control.
• Preparing schedules for the teams and ensuring attendance.
• Evaluating client calls, coaching and providing feedback.
• Acting as a point of contact for the resolution of, queries and complaints from external and internal clients.
