Job summary

Adani Group invites an experienced Lead - IT to manage end-to-end IT operations across Khavda project locations in Gujarat. The role focuses on infrastructure, network, telecom, end-user support, and service delivery using ITSM tools.

You will drive vendor governance, budgeting support, asset lifecycle, and DR readiness while ensuring security and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years in IT Infrastructure & Operations, with hands-on SAP PR/PO/GRN and procurement

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / Electronics) or MCA from a recognized institute.
• Experience: 8-12 years in IT Infrastructure & Operations.
• Hands-on in SAP PR/PO/GRN/Invoice processes, IT asset management, vendor management, and enterprise IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT operations, infrastructure, network, telecom, and user support across Khavda locations.
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, network, Wi-Fi, MPLS, and end-user devices.
• Govern IT through vendor management, contracts, SLAs, AMC/warranty, and procurement coordination.
• Assist IT budgeting, cost optimization, asset planning, and capacity management.
• Lead IT requirement analysis and execution for new project sites, offices, control rooms, and substations.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of business-critical applications and IT services.
• Support deployment of IT infrastructure, digital initiatives, and automation solutions.
• Manage telecom connectivity, fiber expansion, and tower infrastructure.
• Deliver IT services via ITSM tools; monitor SLAs and generate MIS reports.
• Maintain CMDB and IT asset lifecycle; supervise data center operations, backups, DR readiness.
• Coordinate with OEMs, telecom providers, and vendors for project execution and maintenance.
• Monitor security compliance and remediation; implement network security solutions.

Purpose/Objective

Looking for Lead - IT for Khavda

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Manage end-to-end IT operations, infrastructure, network, telecom, and user support services across Khavda project locations.


• Ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network, Wi-Fi, MPLS, and end-user devices.


• Manage IT governance activities including vendor management, contract management, SLA monitoring, AMC/warranty management, and procurement coordination.


• Support IT budgeting, cost optimization, asset planning, and infrastructure capacity management.


• Lead IT requirement analysis, planning, and execution for new project sites, offices, control rooms, and substations.


• Ensure uninterrupted operation of business-critical applications and IT services.


• Support implementation and enhancement of IT infrastructure, digital initiatives, and automation solutions.


• Manage and support telecom connectivity, fiber network expansion, and mobile tower infrastructure.


• Manage IT service delivery through ITSM tools (ServiceNow/ManageEngine), monitor SLA compliance, and generate operational MIS reports.


• Maintain CMDB records and ensure accurate IT asset lifecycle management.


• Manage data center operations, backup systems, disaster recovery readiness, server health monitoring, and storage infrastructure.


• Coordinate with OEMs, telecom service providers, and vendors for project execution and maintenance activities.


• Monitor IT security compliance across servers, networks, and end-user devices and ensure timely remediation of identified risks.


• Support implementation of network security solutions including firewalls, VPNs, access control policies, and security monitoring.


• Participate in review and implementation of infrastructure, network, and security designs for new projects and enhancement initiatives.


• Create SAP Purchase Requisitions (PR), coordinate PO processing, verify invoices, and track payment approvals.


• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, user access management, and asset allocation.


• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, asset records, project reports, and audit compliance documents.


• Act as technical SME for network troubleshooting, infrastructure support, and connectivity-related issues
