Sigma Allied Services is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - R2R to lead end-to-end R2R processes from Bangalore. The role requires deep expertise in GL accounting, month-end close, reconcilations, and asset accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements including automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in R2R and GL accounting with hands-on month-end closing.
• Experience in reconciliation, fixed assets and intercompany accounting.
• Knowledge of AI applications in finance processes and automation tools.
