Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring of renewable energy assets.
  • Manage DSM operations, settlements, reconciliation, and loss-reduction initiatives.
  • Oversee power trading, exchange operations, NOAR processes, and REC compliance.
  • Monitor SCADA performance, data availability, and operational execution across projects.
  • Optimize portfolio performance through market analysis, trading strategies, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
  • Drive digital transformation, automation, analytics, and dashboard development across operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Grid Code, DSM Regulations, Market Regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Establish MIS, KPI dashboards, governance frameworks, and performance monitoring systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with RLDCs, SLDCs, QCAs, Project Teams, Power Exchanges, and key stakeholders.
