Job summary

Vikas Group is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Leader to head plant-wide operations across mechanical, electrical, automation, and utilities. You will drive Industry 4.0/5.0 initiatives, implement AI-driven maintenance, and optimize uptime.

The role oversees preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance for presses and manufacturing equipment, plus PLC/SCADA and robotics upgrades. You will mentor teams while ensuring TPM, ISO, IATF, and EHS compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading plant-wide maintenance across mechanical, electrical, automation, and utilities.
• Experience driving Industry 4.0/5.0 initiatives through automation and digitalization.
• Experience managing preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, and robotics programming and upgrades.
• Capable of overseeing utilities maintenance including HVAC, DG sets, compressors, solar, ETP/STP, and ZLD.
• Capex project planning, budget management, and spares control.
• Lead TPM, 5S, ISO, IATF, EHS, OHSAS compliance and safety standards.
• Lead and develop maintenance teams and drive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive Industry 4.0/5.0 initiatives through automation, AI, digitalization, and machine learning-based maintenance practices.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs for SPMs, furnaces, presses, and manufacturing equipment.
• Oversee PLC, SCADA, robotics programming, troubleshooting, and control system upgrades to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure Maintenance of utilities including compressors, DG sets, HVAC, chillers, transformers, ETP/STP, solar systems, and ZLD facilities.
• Plan and execute Capex projects, machine installations, plant expansions, maintenance budgets, and critical spares management.
• Lead and develop Maintenance teams while ensuring compliance with TPM, 5S, ISO, IATF, EHS, OHSAS, and statutory safety requirements.
