Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong analytical, technology, communication and organizational skills and ability to demonstrate accounting expertise, financial oversight and managerial responsibilities. Right candidate should have experience leading month‑End Close activities, US GAAP accounting, with proficiency in Oracle NetSuite (mandatory). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in financial decision‑making by analyzing performance, preparing forecasts, and ensuring accurate month‑end reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP.
• Utilize Oracle NetSuite for financial reporting, process automation, and data analysis.
• Lead & manage cross‑functional teams to drive financial planning and operational improvements.
• Analyse financial trends and provide insights to senior management for better decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision‑making regarding resource allocation and potential investments.
• Analyse current and past financial data and performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements accordingly.
• Prepare reports and projections based on this analysis in an understandable format for senior management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in month‑end close, and US GAAP accounting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite is mandatory.
• Education: CA and/or CPA.
• Ability to work in teams in person at our offices.
• Goal oriented, ability to act independently and lead teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, clearly articulate plans across upward and downward teams.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones using relevant tools (e.g. MS Office, Slack, Teams, Zoom).
• Manage time effectively to ensure responsibilities are completed efficiently and all deadlines are met in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
