Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Gurgaon, India seeks a Manager - Facility to oversee all soft services and engineering activities within the complex. You will report to the Operations Manager and supervise staff and vendors to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include regular site rounds, coordinating preventive maintenance, managing budgets and invoices, submitting reports (MMR, invoices) on time, and enforcing safety standards across the team.

• Takes regular rounds of the complex and take feed/ supervise any major or critical activity taking place the complex.
• Supervise any major/minor breakdown which will affect the employees.
• Generates periodical reports as required by the Management.
• Keep a control on the budgeted expenditure and appraise the management of any non-budgeted expenditure foreseen.
• To discuss with management regarding all necessary approvals for purchases and manpower.
• Timely submission of all invoices and bills and timely payment of all vendor staff
• Timely submission of MMR (Monthly Management report)
• Regularly reviews with client and Operation Manager and highlights any operational discrepancies if any.
• Review all PPM schedules, log books & checklist, service records and test certificates.
• Ensure the process and documents are followed and documents are maintained as per C&W standards
• Ensures 100% statutory compliance by contractors like ESI, PF, insurance etc.
• Co-ordinates with AMC service providers for regular & break down maintenance activities.
• Interact with residents on daily rounds and scheduled meetings regarding any issue pertaining to the premises.
• Implements safe work practices and ensures that team members/ vendors meet all safety guidelines/ requirements.
• To ensure that duty roster of C&W staff is followed strictly. In case of sudden absenteeism, vendor SPOC/off duty staff should be contacted to ensure that adequately trained man-power is present at site.
