The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and be proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD. Responsibilities include collaborating on designs, conducting performance calculations, and ensuring the mechanical integrity of components. Qualifications

Your role as a Mechanical Engineer with 3‑5 years of experience involves contributing to the design, development, and implementation of pump systems or components. You’ll apply engineering expertise to solve complex problems, conduct analyses, and ensure efficient functioning of pump systems across various projects. Proficiency in strength of materials, GD&T, machine design, 2D & 3D modeling, and tolerance analysis is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop pump systems or components using CAD software.
• Apply engineering principles to conduct machine design calculations and optimize pump performance and reliability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and devise innovative solutions to mechanical issues.
• Create prototypes, conduct testing, and analyze results to validate designs and recommend improvements.
• Ensure mechanical integrity of components through strength‑of‑materials analysis.
• Apply GD&T principles to produce accurate engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Develop detailed 2D & 3D CAD models of pump parts and assemblies.
• Perform tolerance analysis to guarantee proper fit, functionality, and manufacturability.
• Use finite‑element analysis (FEA) to simulate and evaluate structural integrity and performance.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing, testing, and installation phases.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to suggest process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to clarify project requirements.
