Job summary

Sigma Engineered Solutions in Jaipur seeks a maintenance technician to attend breakdowns as directed by the Shift In charge, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain records.

You will review downtime daily with the Shift In charge/Plant Maintenance Leader, analyze major equipment for root causes, implement corrective actions, manage spares, coordinate with departments, and participate in TPM events.

Responsibilities

• Attending breakdowns as directed by Shift In charge
• Executing preventive maintenance activities and maintaining records
• Daily downtime review with Shift In charge/Plant Maintenance Leader
• Analysis of major affected equipment to identify root causes
• Take corrective and preventive actions on identified issues
• Maintaining spares backup to sustain uptime
• Coordinating with related departments to complete maintenance tasks
• Active participation in TPM events and contribute
