Job summary

Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCE) invites applications for an Electrical Site Engineer to support site execution in Pune with 2-5 years of experience. You will coordinate with planning, procurement and engineering teams to ensure drawings and safety standards are followed on site.

Responsibilities include contractor coordination, QA/QC support, documentation and daily progress reporting. BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Site Execution Support
• Assist in execution of construction/installation activities at site
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and instructions
• Support monitoring of daily progress and milestone tracking
• Escalate site issues and deviations to senior engineers
• Contractor Coordination
• Assist in supervising contractor activities and workforce
• Ensure correct use of materials, tools, and equipment
• Support tracking of contractor productivity and timelines
• Participate in daily coordination discussions
• Quality Assurance (QA/QC) Support
• Assist in implementing QA/QC procedures and inspection plans
• Support inspection of materials and workmanship
• Maintain quality checklists and documentation
• Ensure adherence to project quality standards
• Safety & EHS Compliance
• Follow and support implementation of EHS guidelines at site
• Participate in safety meetings, audits, and toolbox talks
• Identify unsafe practices and report to seniors
• Promote safe working practices across site teams
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
• Update progress tracking sheets and daily reports
• Support preparation of weekly/monthly reports
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance
• Coordination & Learning
• Coordinate with site engineers, planning, and procurement teams
