Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Delivery

• Lead day‑to‑day site execution across the assigned discipline.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Drive progress and ensure achievement of milestones.
• Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks and site challenges.
• Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors at site.
• Monitor contractor productivity, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct daily/weekly progress reviews and coordination meetings.
• Ensure proper deployment of manpower, machinery, and materials.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and inspection plans.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals.
• Maintain quality records and documentation.

4. Safety & EHS Management

• Ensure strict adherence to safety and EHS guidelines.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Promote a strong safety culture across site teams.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory norms.

5. Planning, Monitoring & Reporting

• Track daily progress against project schedule.
• Coordinate closely with Planning & Controls team for updates.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Highlight delays, risks, and mitigation plans.

6. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and planning teams.
• Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and authorities.
• Ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders.
• Support issue resolution and decision‑making at site.
• Lead and supervise site engineers and supervisors.
• Ensure workforce productivity and discipline.
• Mentor team members and drive performance.
