Job summary

Getinge Medical India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a professional to manage end-to-end third-party supplier and ESG processes.

You will conduct supplier audits, evaluate ESG performance, distribute SAQ via One Trust, review responses, and coordinate audits. The role requires 1-2 years of experience in a QRC-related role, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 internal auditor certification, strong communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a QRC-related role.
• Experience with supplier audits and ESG evaluation.
• Knowledge of SAQ processes and One Trust is beneficial.
• Familiarity with GS QMS procedures and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for activities related to supplier audits and ESG evaluation.
• Distribute SAQ via One Trust.
• Review & analyze SAQ responses.
• Identify vendors for ESG audits.
• Plan and coordinate ESG audits.
• Record non-compliance observations.
• Develop and track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
• Ensure closure of audit observations.
• Conduct audits of new distributors and subsequent audits as required.
• Support the DDP process as required from time to time.
• Support other activities related to distribution management, third-party supplier management, and ESG processes as needed.

Job Overview

• SSU-SOP-0210 Product training Certification
• SSU-SOP-01007-EN Document and Record Control
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• 1-2 years of experience in a QRC-related role
• Certified ISO 13485 & 9001 Internal Quality Auditor
