Job summary

Getinge Mumbai is seeking a Service Record Quality Reviewer on a six-month contract to ensure service documentation aligns with Governed Operations standards. The role requires detailed review of service records, calibration entries, and training Verification across multiple systems.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Governed Operations compliance workbook, surfacing non-conformances, and coordinating with Service Managers and Engineers to resolve issues, while upholding data

• Ensure calibration records and checklists are attached and valid.
• Confirm training/certification status of field service engineers.

Responsibilities

• Independently review completed service records against Getinge's Governed Operations documentation standards, exercising judgement on borderline or ambiguous cases
• Verify that service order documentation is complete and accurate, including serial number recording, signatures and dates, calibrated equipment records, and required checklist attachments
• Confirm field service engineers' training and certification status aligns with the work performed, applying documented exceptions where relevant
• Maintain and update the Governed Operations compliance tracking workbook and dashboard, ensuring records are current and traceable
• Identify and elevate non-conformances, documentation gaps, or recurring error patterns to the appropriate team for correction
• Liaise directly with Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, and Service Coordination to clarify documentation discrepancies and follow up on outstanding corrections
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the review process, flagging systemic issues, such as recurring documentation errors or unclear requirements, to the Operations Manager
• Support internal and external audit readiness by ensuring service records meet regulatory and quality standards for a medical device environment
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity when handling service and compliance records

Job Overview

To complete a review of service records against Getinge's Governed Operations documentation standards, ensuring information and documentation is completed as perrequirements. Maintain the Governed Operations compliance tracking workbook, noting compliance with the following areas:

• Service orders are reviewed
• Serial numbers are recorded
• Names, dates and signatures
• Documentation of calibrated equipment
• Required checklists are attached
• Field Service engineer that completed the work is trained/certified

Performing the reviews requires accessing the following systems:

• Excel
• SAP
• Power BI
• TrueContext
• GetLearning

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently against defined standards
• Background or qualification in quality assurance or compliance, ideally within a regulated (medical device or similar) environment
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, data validation); SAP experience highly desirable
• Strong command of written and spoken English, sufficient for regular direct communication with Australian and New Zealand based Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, and Service Coordination
• Ability to identify patterns and trends across a volume of records, not just check individual items
