Job summary

• Process sales orders and update order status in SAP on a monthly basis
• Handle payment follow-ups and assist with marketing event PO generation through Ariba
• Maintain records of dispatch of demo materials and coordinate with transporter/HO/warehouse
• Support marketing and other teams to ensure timely execution of tasks under deadlines

Job Overview

Commercial Executive handles and supports the team for all sales and administrative matters and ensures smooth coordination of work.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Operational Aspects:

• Sales order processing
• Update open orders status in SAP on monthly basis.
• Payment follow-ups
• Spares shipment support
• Extend support to Marketing team – Raise PO through Ariba for marketing events
• Maintenance of records of dispatch of demo materials.
• Negotiation with transporter/H.O./warehouse for movement of goods.
• Graduate in Commerce / Management
• Should have good knowledge in MS excel.
• Should be able to work in set deadlines and have ability to work under pressure.
• Good in Task & activities management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A good understanding of computer systems.
• Ability to identify and prevent workflow obstructions.
• Keen in monitoring, reviewing, and completing activities according to previously defined priorities and SOP's.
• Effective communications within all working relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
